Sixth Annual History Trails Walk With Petalumans of Yesteryear
Join the Petalumans of Yesteryear in their sixth annual History Trails Walk through our historic downtown!
This is your chance to meet some of Petalumas most colorful, influential and fascinating characters, including GP McNear, Addie Atwater, Lyman Byce (inventor of the practical Incubator) and other important Petalumans. Along the way, historic sites will be pointed out, and each character will delight with their humorous, sad, and riveting stories, which took place right here in our historic town!
The walk begins at the Front Door of the Museum located at 20 Fourth Street, directly following the Good Egg Ceremony which occurs at Noon. Estimate 1:30. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in.
The walk is moderate in length (approx. 2 hours), the pace leisurely. Remember walking shoes, hats, water and sunscreen to be comfortable. Walk limited to 20 people per group (hoping to form 2 groups)!
