-- "The Acheron's Drop"
The Acherons Drop is a one act fantasy play that centers around Charon the ferryman and his role in the underworld as the bridge between the living and the dead. We center around his interaction with a recently deceased human, Farida, and their path to the palace of Hades and Persephone. We observe Charon confront his inadequacies, false pretenses of being a hero, and his powerlessness in the shadow of major gods and goddesses. The play centers around capitalism, queerness, and manipulation.
