Heart of London Spring Retreat
A warm welcome to a weekend of practice for members of our online and in-person groups.
VENUE AND TRAVEL
Micklepage is a beautiful historical farmhouse and barn with a barn chapel set in its own grounds, in the Sussex countryside near Horsham, and run by Christian volunteers. From London it is 90 minutes by car, or the nearest station is Horsham and then a bus or cab. We will be doing our best to arrange lift shares however and if you are able to offer a lift that would be helpful.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
We invite retreatants to arrive from 4pm on Friday 20 May, with dinner served from 7pm. Should you need to arrive later than 7pm that will be fine. The retreat ends 4pm Sunday 22 May.
COST
We have kept cost as low as possible. There are two options:
-- £140 (higher rate). If you would like to pay a little extra to support someone else to come.
-- £115 (basic rate). This covers venue hire, food and a contribution for our chef.
If you would need financial support to join us, please email and we can discuss options.
Should there be any surplus, this will go towards future sangha costs, helping us to keep going.
ACCOMMODATION
There are several two- and three-bed shared rooms, plus one six-bed dormitory. All have single beds. Please mention when booking if there is anyone you would like to share with and while unable to promise anything we will do our best to arrange this.
PLEASE BRING
Beds -- each have one blanket and bedspread and pillows, but guests will need to bring their own sheets, pillowcases and towels. Previously some have chosen to bring an extra duvet or sleeping bag too.
Meditation -- please bring your own meditation mat plus cushion or bench if you need these.
FOOD
All food will be VEGAN and prepared for us by our wonderful chef. If you have any other essential dietary needs let us know.
CO-CREATING
Practice sessions in the Plum Village tradition will be led by sangha members. If you would like to help with facilitation of groups or practice sessions, or in other ways, that would be great.
