Kyle visits his childhood home in the suburbs to have dinner with his parents. It turns out his mother is away on a religious retreat, creating an opportunity for Kyle to ask his father probing questions about their life together he always wondered about, without the mother hovering around. As the evening wears on, the civil dialogue begins to erode, and the revelations begin to explode. In the end, Kyle learns more about his father than he bargained for.
