We will meet at The Grove for a superfun lunch break. In just half an hour, you'll have opportunities to embody principles like simplicity, self-organization, cross-functional teams and sustainable pace. Games will be customized to fit the needs of participants with varying levels of Agile experience, followed by optional, informal discussion to round out the hour.
"So fun!" "Thanks again for running the Agile Gym."
"Hi Elinor! Thanks for running the Agile Gym. I think the exercises nailed the feeling of Agile."
"Elinor was a wonderful host. In 30 minutes I was able to get up, get moving, and learn more about Scrum in a way that just felt fun."
"I'm currently a developer and trying to help my company get started with Scrum. I was really glad my boss was able to come to the exercise; I think it helped him get the 'feel' of it."
The Agile Gym is offered by Elinor Slomba, a Certified Scrum Master. Elinor helps artful entrepreneurs integrate their creative and business goals. Her company, E. Slomba Arts Interstices, promotes Agile frameworks and is an approved service provider to Connecticut's innovation ecosystem.
