What is a Gong Bath Meditation?
You are bathed in sound. (Nope, no water involved. Yep, you are fully clothed). You get comfortable *lying down, on a yoga mat, blanket or padding, while sound waves and vibrations of gongs & sound tools wash over you. Think of it as a deeply relaxing, extremely rejuvenating sonic massage.

These gorgeous sounding gongs and intentional soundscapes are ancient and powerful tools to help still the mind and allow the physical body to deeply relax.

Please:
~Bring your own yoga mat or padding, *blanket & small pillow for maximum comfort
~Wear your comfy clothes
~Arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to check-in and get comfortable
*chairs are available on site per request

Blankets: 1, 2 or 3? It is nice to have a blanket underneath you for padding, over you for warmth and/or an extra rolled blanket or small pillow under your knees to release the loser back (all optional and suggested).
