Marmalade
Marmalade is here to change your conception of Seattle based music. For over a decade, a new style of music has been growing and evolving in the clubs of this famous West Coast city. Marmalade embodies this new music we call "Groove".

Every Thursday night for the past grip of years, Marmalade brings live improvised danceable grooves to a club called the White Rabbit. Influenced by funk, soul, reggae, hip-hop, and jazz. This mix with the Marmalade vibe is the defining factor that sets this group apart in Seattle's flourishing Groove scene. Giving the audience a positive, energetic, and free feeling.

More than a band, this music collective is made up of members of Cascadia 10, Thaddilac, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, Wheedles Groove, Pigeonhed (Live band), Clinton Ferron, Phat Sidy Smokehouse, Nu Sol Tribe and Adrian Xavier nightly invents new music to move your body and soul. The musicians are: Kimo Muraki (Guitar/Voice), Ernest Pumphrey Jr.(Voice), Davee C (Drums), Tyrone "Bob" Lovelace (Bass, MC LBD), Chad Redlight (Keyboards/Voice/Percussion), Buddhaful Mike (Keyboards), Anthony "Funkscribe" Warner, Brian "StingShark" Ray (Guitar/Voice), BigTalk Jon RĂ¿ser (Saxophone), Chris "CD" Littlefield (trumpet), and Adrian Witherspoon (trombone). In addition to the live band, DJ Leopold Bloom and DJ Shapeshifter add beats, samples, and scratches that interact with in the bands sound. Creating the original and unique Marmalade sound.

The night at the White Rabbit has become so popular that the group has been all over the globe. No matter where they perform, they bring an energy that transforms any venue into a platform for Marmalade to take over.

With a complete night of auditory and visual satisfaction, Marmalade reminds you of how much fun life can be.

Surrealized
Surrealized is a scintillating musical project by a trio of Seattle musicians who seemingly come from  disparate disciplines. "Rob Anonymous," as in his hip-hop nom du plume, is a beat meister, producer, and performer who constructs melodies and rhythms/beats from a battery of electronics with a hip-hop oriented sensibility and has worked with such artists as Miss Solar System, Mentats, Beehive, Fading Collection, and Kevin Sawka. Kimo Muraki is a live and studio vocalist/multi-instrumentalist in the Seattle indie, folk, funk, and alt-country scene whose collaborations include work both nationally and internationally with such artists as Ed Harcourt, Soko, Fences, Aqeduct, Hallways, Michael Vermillion, and Shawn Smith. Jay Wilson is an accomplished producer and drummer who has worked with Deepsleep Narcotics Co., Michael Shrieve, and Gunstreet Glory. Jay brings a dynamic human element to the programmed beats of Surrealized, and massive energy to the live shows that makes Surrealized performances a vibrant experience.

Lyrically, as you might expect with a name such as "Surrealized," the songs are written and delivered in an almost coded manner speaking to the soul as much as the mind  all for the purpose of a higher, ethereal sense of communication. Surrealized harkens back to the synth-pop/wave fueled 80s in one way, somewhat, but crunches along in a guitar driven romp in other ways, while simultaneously drawing on dreamy electrobeat driven, psychedelic anthems.

Live, Surrealized utilizes a vivid light show with multiple video projections that further enhance the psychedelic ambiance.

Surrealized has shared the stage with many national and international acts, most notably Bonobo, Amon Tobin, Kid Koala, Daedelus, Yippah, and more.
