New Years Eve In March
The Petaluma Museum Association and Sky Hill Cultural Alliance are thrilled and grateful to once again be able to welcome new and longtime concertgoers into our acoustically superior Petaluma "Carnegie Hall." Once again, our museum will resound with the sounds of inspired artistry and great live classical music.
We unfortunately had to postpone our 12th annual New Years Eve Concert due to health concerns at the time. We will be presenting this long-awaited concert on Sunday March 27 at 3:00 pm. Our beloved high-caliber musicians from the San Francisco Symphony - violinist Yun Chu, and cellist Shu-Yi Pai as well as pianist Elizabeth Walter, the series creator and coordinator have chosen a superb lineup of deeply moving and impactful shorter pieces. Some of the music was chosen to honor those we have lost, some to soothe our souls and some to lighten us up to welcome in the New Year. They will be presenting a wide range of composers to include, Bach, Mendelssohn, Chopin, Brahms, Liszt, Saint Seáns, Elgar, Lalo, Kreisler, and more. This will be a moving and memorable concert not to be missed! Also, something to look forward to - two surprise guest musicians!
Enjoy Complimentary wine and cheeses and additionally, balcony patrons will enjoy Champagne and chocolates.
At the time of this writing masks are required indoors.
