A Spontaneous Smattering: Holiday Edition (Oh! Holy @#$%!)
This is our holiday, charitable version of the Smattering -Cone Man Running's 24 hour play festival held in association with Obsidian Art Space. It will be benefiting the Houston Food Bank. All money from ticket sales of the Smattering will be donated.
When: Saturday December 21st. Two shows that night at 7PM and 9:30PM.
Where: Obsidian Art Space 3522 White Oak, Houston TX.

What: Writers have 13 hours to write a play with certain parameters including actors they have to write for drawn out of a hat. The directors and actors then have a mere 11 hours to rehearse, get off book, propped, and fully costumed to perform two shows that night for your viewing pleasure.
We will still be voting for cheesy prizes. We will still be giving shots at the door. Tickets are $15 but they can get $1 off the ticket price with each canned good they bring - up to $5 off. So we will be taking canned good donations at the door for a discounted ticket price.
Also, bonus shot if you show up in a cheesy holiday sweater.
