Capital Sci-Fi Con 2022, Edinburgh's not-for-profit Sci fi and pop culture convention returns to the capital for its seventh year (23rd-24th July 2022), bigger than ever.

All profits from the event will be donated to Children's Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS).

Organised for fans by fans, 2020's event attracted over 8,000 fans from across the world and raised an incredible £59,085.39 for CHAS. Totaling £310,981.46 since 2016.

Movie stars lined up to attend the 2022 event are currently being announced and can be seen on the Facebook page and website. 2020's event saw fans go wild for Harry Potter star David Bradley aka Argus Filch, the Sixth Dr Who Colin Baker and a great selection of other guests from Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain America and more from the big screen.

Original movie props, prop set photo opportunities, displays, movie star panel talks and over 100 stalls selling specialist items will all be back for 2022, along with the weekends highly anticipated cosplay competition.
