Langtoun Jazz Festival Vocal Jazz Day Concert 5
Beyond Fever the songs of Peggy Lee is a fascinating life story. Singer Sue McHugh tells her story, interwoven with pertinent songs. All the songs were sung by Peggy Lee and some were co-written by her.
A little bit of chat but the main focus is on the music. A mixture of sexy latin songs, great swing numbers and heart wrenching ballads to illustrate the life of a remarkable performer and woman.
Band lineup
Sue McHugh vocals A regular on the Scottish jazz scene for around 20 years, Sue has performed at venues all over Scotland and at jazz festivals in the UK and Ireland.
