LDEI Charleston: FAR EAST MEETS MIDDLE EAST

Join us for a virtual demonstration of the marrying of two culinary cultures and traditions. Dame Amanee Neirouz (Ms. Rose's) and Dame Kelly Chu (Red Orchids and Cirsea) will create a dish that incorporates cooking elements of both of their ancestral homelands: Egypt and China.
