Hair of the Hog New Year's brunch
Join Mike Hess Brewing and Carnitas' Snack Shack on January 1st for a New Year's day brunch buffet-style. Mike Hess Brewing and Chef Hanis Cavin will be ringing in the 2014 with the first beer of the New Year along with all of the fixings of a whole hog.
Brunch will run from 11am to 2pm. Tickets are $35 (plus sales tax and brown paper tickets service fee)per person for all the food you can eat and all the beer you care to drink. Designated drivers and minor children can eat for just $20!
Menu:
-A whole roasted hog (caja china)
-Triple Threat Scramble (sausage, pork belly and ham)
-French Toast, Waffles, mascarpone and house marmalade
-Pork belly hash and poached eggs
-"Smokehouse Kings" sausage patties
-Anna's biscuits and gravy
-Corn tortillas and salsa
