Port Washington's own Barry Waller is an introspective singer-songwriter with 43 years of international experience on large and small stages. His professional beginnings were as the legendary Long Island band Mazarin's bassist. Returning to acoustic guitar, Barry toured Nordic Europe extensively as a solo entertainer, and then played both instruments with Deep Purple's founding father Ritchie Blackmore. Most recently, Mr. Waller has performed in over 60 U.S. cities in the multi-act 'Happy Together' tour, where he has backed artists such as The Turtles, The Archies, Mark Lindsay, and The Cowsills. Barry's own songwriting reflects his ongoing musical journey, which he now brings home to where he picked up his first guitar (and eventually made sense of it). Come hear the glorious results, peppered with tales of his travels and musical adventures!
