Open to the entire public!!!!!
Procedure:
Doors open and sign up begins at 7:00 PM-- You sign up for participation, but you
are more than welcome to come and just be an audience member.
7:30 PM--Free Slammage Begins. Everyone gets 10 minutes. You do not have to use the full 10 minutes, but you must limit yourself to 10 minutes.
We end at approximately 9:00, so get there early to get on this list before time runs out.
What type of material?
Anyone can participate, students, faculty, staff and community members.
Basically, anything you can come up with. Any type of material is welcomed and encouraged. For instance:
o Of course, poetry of any type
o Music
o Stand Up
o Rap
o Prose
o Improvisation
o Speeches
o Papers
o Actors may want to work on monologues.
o Scenes, monologues from new plays
o The sky and beyond is the limit
It takes place in our studio/classroom, Studio 307(307 Phelps).
