In order to successfully contribute to business outcomes, you must play an integral role in the strategic planning process, select high-impact initiatives to work towards, and develop meaningful metrics to measure and leverage success. This session will present an overview of strategic planning essentials, and share best practices and common pitfalls to help you plan HR goals and objectives that are in sync with the organization's goals
