***Bearer of all tickets agrees that GSFF, its agents and licensees shall have unrestricted right and license to use bearers likeness in broadcast, telecast, film, or photography taken in connection with any and all events at the festival.

By purchasing and using or providing to another person, an in person ticket for the Garden State Film Festival programs, I agree to the following:
I acknowledge that I am aware that there are risks to me of exposure to directly or indirectly arising out of, contributed to, by, or resulting from:
An outbreak of any and all communicable disease, including but not limited to, the virus severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), which is responsible for Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and/or any mutation or variation thereof;
In consideration of having the opportunity to participate I am acknowledging that I am aware of and willing to assume the risks associated with this activity, I hereby voluntarily agree to waive, hold harmless and indemnify The Garden State Film Festival and its trustees, agents, volunteers and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages and causes of action of any nature whatsoever arising out of ordinary negligence which I, my heirs, my assigns or successors may have against them for, on account of, or by reason of my participation in the above activities.
The Asbury Lanes COVID-19 POLICY
As of October 1st, for all public events at Asbury Lanes, attendees will be required to show evidence of their full vaccination against COVID-19 OR produce a negative COVID-19 test (PCR or antigen) within 72 hours prior to attending the event.
"Full vaccination" means 14 days or more following the final dose of a US FDA-approved or WHO recognized vaccine against COVID-19. Acceptable vaccination documentation may be a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, a digital photo/copy of such card, or such other proof as is permitted locally.
*This policy does not apply to regular bowling reservations, only for large public events and concerts.
