Master Goat Farmer Program
Friday 1/17 8am-1pm, Saturday 1/18 9am-3pm, and Sunday 1/19 9am-1pm.
The Master Goat Farmer program will be held at the WSU Twin Vista Ranch in Nordland, WA with a field trip to near-by Mystery Bay Farm. This program will be an in-depth look at a wide range of goat production topics including nutrition, pasture management, health and disease, lactation, mastitis, reproduction, housing, selection, food safety and more. Speakers will include Gary Fredricks, Lorrie Conway and Susan Kerr. Participants will receive a CD full of educational publications related to goat care and management.
