Series - Mourning Sickness
Visiting Artist WAGON WHEEL WATUSI! This sparkling, frilly musical and modern-day camp classic stars Cher (Mask, The Witches of Eastwick, Moonstruck) and Christina Aguilera (The Emoji Movie) as an archetypal starlet and ingenue pair. Ali (Christina) snags a one-way ticket out of her small town, on a straight shot to the big streets of Los Angeles, where she stumbles across a burlesque nightclub run by Tess (Cher). Her dreams of making it big finally become reality when Tess gives Ali a shot at the big time and invites her to join her cast after she proves her star power.
Presented to you live by sensational drag diva Miss Monday Mourning! Monday will open the show with live burlesque acts starring Willy Nilly and Ruby Mimosa, and then announce the winner of our audience costume contest (details below). The prize? A Mourning Sickness series pass! ð-ð
