February Dine Around at Bar Bao
Michael Bao Huynh (Bn) (formerly of Bao restaurants - Bao Noodles, Bao 111, and also Mai House) ventures to the Upper West Side with BarBao, where he offers his signature, innovative Vietnamese cuisine in both small and large plates.
Participants will sample a selection of small and large plates such as "Daikon Duck Hash" with slow poached egg and duck bacon, sizzling cuttlefish with spicy Vietnamese Salsa Verde, Spicy Beef Salad with Pomelo, Pinmeapple, Chilies, Rau Ram Herbs and Berkshire pork Belly with Braised Red Cabbage, Apple Mustard Sauce and Coconut Essence.
