Let It Snow!
On Monday December 30th, Let It Snow! Alden LaPaglia of ALDEN MOVES Dance Theater will be back at Cortelyou Library with a holiday dance program for children ages 3-9.
Frosty the Snowman meets Fred Astaire as classic holiday tunes bring back the dapper charm of a bygone era. Imaginations will run wild as children become prancing reindeer, waddling penguins, and twirling snowflakes. Alden's "Let It Snow!" program incorporates infectious music and fanciful explorations of rhythm, movement quality, and space--and Radio City's got nothing on the grand finale you'll be invited in for! All your child needs is a hat, scarf, and comfortable clothes.
Brooklyn-based dancer/singer/actress/choreographer Alden LaPaglia is the director of ALDEN MOVES Dance Theater. She's toured nationally in Bye Bye Birdie and presents her choreography in and around NYC. Teaching kids for the last 10 years has kept her young and creative! She's developed dance classes and parties to foster children's natural love of music and movement and ignite the kind of excitement that lasts a lifetime.
