Belfast, the 2021 winner of the Toronto International Film Festival Audience Award, is set in Northern Ireland during the late 1960s, this film follows the story of Buddy (newcomer Jude Hill) as he and his family grow and change over the course of the tumultuous events of The Troubles. The latest film from acclaimed filmmaker Kenneth Branagh, this semi-autobiographical black and white film is an ode to the bonds of family.
