Terre Madre Day is a time to come together to celebrate local cooking and local food sources. Chef Silvio Medoro of Silvio's Organic Ristorante e Pizzeria has planned a five-course meal showcasing his Italian roots. The menu will feature local meats, staples, and of course Silvio's house made pasta, made with locally milled flour. A vegetarian dinner is an option. Wine paring for each course is available.
Twenty percent of the ticket price will go to support Slow Food Huron Valley. Ticket price also includes an 18% gratuity. Tickets may be purchased on Brown Paper Tickets, or at the restaurant, but must be purchased by 10 pm on Monday, December 9
