Tablao Training
This class provides an opportunity for dancers and musicians to develop their understanding of flamenco language through practical application. Do our llamadas call? Do our cierres cut? Can we respond to changes in the cante, guitar or palmas? The best way to find out is by giving it a try in this supportive multi-level space where we can make mistakes and learn from each other. Musician and dance participants expect to spend about of the class time learning to accompany fellow dancers through palmas and jaleos. This session we'll be joined by palmera Christina Lorentz.
Limited to 3 dancers and 2 musicians per class.
