Concert goers will laugh, weep and shake their heads at this musical commentary on the quirks of American culture and politics. Roy has produced 12 albums and two DVDs in more than two decades of songwriting and performing. His spirit and musicianship have been compared with those of Tom Lehrer, Pete Seeger, and Phil Ochs. He has recorded for Warner/Reprise Records. His YouTube videos have received over seven million views. He's been profiled on NPR's "All Things Considered" and is a featured blogger for the Huffington Post. www.royzimmerman.com

During intermission, concert-goers will find out how a streamlined, publicly financed healthcare system (Medicare for All) has the potential to save money for individuals, businesses and taxpayers, while guaranteeing automatic, affordable access to ongoing comprehensive health care for all residents. www.healthcareforall.org
