This week is our tribute to the recently departed Eartha Kitt. Anna Lucasta is one of her most smokin white hot movies. A taut drama with Sammy Davis Jr. about a girl cast out by her self righteous father for the sins of dancing and drinking. Then her family tries to make nice when they want to marry her off to a man with money. Based on the play by Philip Yordan this movie burned a hole in 1958.
