Slow Food Miami's Hidden Kitchen Series is a chance to experience an intimate evening with a celebrated chef in a special setting.
Please join us for an intimate sneak peak at the Michelin Star rated cuisine of Chef Danny Grant, before he opens his highly anticipated Restaurant 1826 on South Beach in early 2014.
Danny Grant was most recently at Chicago's acclaimed RIA, earning him two Michelin Stars and the honor of being named one of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs of 2012.
When: Wednesday December 11th, beginning at 7pm with bespoke GREY GOOSE cocktails, followed by dinner paired with specialty beers brewed locally by MIA Brewing Co and select wines.
Where: A special Arquitectonica home. Location disclosed to ticket purchasers, near Coconut Grove.
All proceeds will benefit Slow Food Miami's Edible Garden Program.
