SEMINAR, directed by James Koonce
SEMINAR tells the story of four aspiring young novelists who sign up for private writing classes with Leonard, an international literary figure. Under his recklessly brilliant and unorthodox instruction, some thrive and others flounder, alliances are made and broken, sex is used as a weapon, and hearts are unmoored. Witty, acerbic, and unflinching, SEMINAR serves as an enriching study into the psyche of creatives and just how much of themselves they must sacrifice to their art.
NOTE: The show does contain adult language that might not be suitable for younger children.
STARRING: Eva Catanzariti as KATE Guthrie Scrimgeour as MARTIN Damien Smith as LEONARD Sarah Gruber as IZZY Andrew Devine as DOUGLAS

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: We believe in the safety of our audience, our cast, our crew, and our volunteers. As such, we will require that all audience members be masked while onsite regardless of vaccination status, unless you have a medical reason preventing you from doing so. We will have masks available and will happily provide them to anyone who forget to bring one.
The actors have all been vaccinated and will be unmasked while performing. We acknowledge that COVID is a fluid situation and, as such, we will follow guidance from the CDC, the Commonwealth of Mass, and our host venue.
In order to maintain appropriate social distancing, seats will be arranged in small sections by groups that purchase tickets together. If tickets are being purchased separately by a group that would like to sit together, please have a member of the party send an email to bayplayers@gmail.com and we will arrange your seating accordingly.
Audience members may remove masks when actively eating/drinking. Snacks, candy, water, and carbonated drinks will be served. Beer and wine will be available at all performances.
Thank you for your understanding!
