Scuttlebutt is celebrating Halloween with a PARTYYY! We have Petty or Not - Tom Petty Tribute Band. The party is all ages - kids 12 and under are free!
There will be a costume contest, axe throwing, Alaska Weathervane Scallops and giveaways!
The concert will be inside and we will be following COVID restrictions at that time - BRING A MASK!
