Returns to Rockland!

10 short films from 7 countries were selected from 970 submissions from 70 countries.

The MANHATTAN SHORT Final Ten are:

Death by Handshake (USA) Ganef (United Kingdom), Bad Omen (Afghanistan), Rough (Northern Ireland), Archibald's Syndrome (France), The Kicksled Choir (Norway), Closed to the Light (Italy), Out of Time (France), Aurora (USA), and Monsieur Cachemire (Canada)

All Final Ten short films will become Oscar qualified, meaning they will become automatically eligible for an Academy Award nomination.

One World * One Week * One Festival
Screenings will be held in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, South America,Central America, Canada, the Middle East and the USA.

YOU ARE A JUDGE!
Everyone will be handed a voting card. You select your favorite film. The winning film will be announced on Tuesday, October 5.
Many previous films have gone on to be Oscar nominees and winners.
