Dames Demo: Lowcountry Holiday High Tea

Les Dames d'Escoffier is an international philanthropic group of women in food, beverage and hospitality. This is your chance to learn from some of the best!

Participants are invited to join the fun and informative virtual demonstration led by LDEI members Marilyn Markel, General Manager of Charlestons Spice and Tea Exchange, and Katherine Frankstone, proprietor of Grey Ghost Bakery.

They will share the history of tea in the Lowcountry and offer tips on how to brew and serve it properly. In addition, guests will be treated to sweet and savory recipes for the ultimate high tea experience.

All ticket sales benefit the Charleston Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier scholarship fund, awarded to women furthering their education in the field of food, beverage or hospitality.
