Expand your garden's diversity by working with the plants already at hand! Learn how to take and propagate soft cuttings from houseplants and herbs as well as woody cuttings from trees, how to make careful divisions on perennials, and try your hand at grafting a tree. We will also touch on seed saving strategies to help build your home seed library.
This workshop is only open to present and past participants of The Huntington Botanical Gardens "Train - the - Trainer" and "Growing Your Green Thumb" Programs.
This is a grant sponsored course intended as professional development for people actively involved in teaching gardening on a community, education, or professional level.
An email address, program title and year are required to register.
