That 1 Guy
Mike Silverman, better known as That 1 Guy, is an American musician. He is known for his seven-foot-tall homemade instrument called the Magic Pipe, and his humorous, ironic lyrics, such as "the moon is disgusting it's made of cheese."
His influences include Drums and Tuba, Tom Waits, Rush and Black Flag's Jealous Again, which he accidentally played on his turntable at the wrong speed for eighteen months. That 1 Guy is quite popular in Australia; he has toured the country several times with appearances at the Big Day Out, Pyramid Rock Festival and Woodford Folk Festival, as well as supporting Perth rock band Karnivool. He has toured with Buckethead in the past.
