The AIAOC Women in Architecture Committee Presents: Women in Business Part 3 Practice Management
The goal of this panel discussion is to learn about the management of a consulting practice including sustaining the business after a reputation has been established, how to navigate opportunities to pivot the practice, and mentorship/succession planning. The panel will help the attendees understand establishing guidelines for the practices growth and strategic planning in personal development.
Learning Objectives:
-Attendees will learn how to establish growth in strategic areas of business in a long-range plan.
-Attendees will learn how to create a plan for practice diversification, talent acquisition/development, and team structuring.
-Attendees will understand retention strategies and competitive benefit offerings.
-Attendees will learn how to create the skill development framework for the next generation leadership.
