The story of A Far Cry's season comes to a glorious climax in this concert of extremes. Desolation and the danger of isolation give way to reconciliation and finally exuberance in community. This concert features a large orchestra for Copland's beloved Appalachian Spring and new arrangements of JPP's spectacular Finnish fiddling.
