Bordentown is full of dark deeds and a hidden, sometimes gruesome, past. Harrowing History peels back the town's charming exterior and takes a hard look at the City's darker, tragic happenings. You may think you know your local history, but were willing to bet you don't know these tales.
Sponsored by the Bordentown Home for Funerals, the Bordentown Historical Society is proud to present Harrowing History!
Join us for an evening of macabre entertainment! Six more of Bordentown's most shocking 19th century true tales will be brought to life in an evening of theatrical storytelling, presented by the Bordentown Historical Society.
Costumed storytellers will transport you back in time to reveal stories about murder, mayhem, and tragedy as reported at the time. This performance will give you goosebumps, thrills, and perhaps even a few laughs.
You may have heard the rumors, now hear and experience the truth behind many of those stories.
Tickets will not be available for purchase on-site.
