DARIO PINELLI ITALIAN GYPSY TRIO

In 2005, an encounter of three jazz musicians each of a different formation- lead to the birth of the Gypsy Jazz Trio. A trio starring Dario Pinelli, Claudio Rollo, and Achille Matricardi. Impassioned by the gypsy style created by the legendary Django Reinhardt, the three musicians quickly climbed the vertex of world classification of acoustic jazz. Soon they were recongnised as one of the greatest and most illustrious names of the gypsy jazz world along with stars such as: Stochelo Rosenberg, Angelo Debarre, Dorado Schmidt, Bireli Lagrne, Tchavolo Schmitt, etc. In 2006, Serge Gallato (one of the most noted guitar constructors of the Maccaferri style), and Savarez Argentine (a preeminent mark of guitar chords/strings), took a serious interest in the rising artists and became the official sponsors of the group. We're proud to have them in for the first time.
