Mosaic Experiment 2021: Off and On Again
EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Mosaic Experiment is an all-ages event in Southeastern Ohio that brings the artistry and energy of Black Rock City to the Midwestern region.
Everything at Mosaic is organized, built and paid for by participants and volunteers with their own resources. There are no trash cans, so you'll have to pack your trash out with you. There are no vendors, so you have to bring enough food, drink and whatever else you need for four days. There are no schedules, so you'll have to make things happen yourself and respect your neighbor.
The event embraces the 10 Principles of Burning Man and is an interactive experience that is both everything and nothing you will expect. The results of the experiment are dependent upon how you choose to participate. Mosaic Experiment is what happens when we all show up!

Ticket purchase limit: 2 Adult tickets per transaction.
Children under the age of 12 will not be able to attend this year. This is due to a lack of vaccines for that age group. Any person 12 and up attending must be fully vaccinated (including post dosage waiting period) by September 15th.
Dates that you will need to have your vaccine doses done by in order to attend:
Pfizer: 1st dose by August 11th, 2nd dose by September 1st
Moderna: 1st dose by August 4th, 2nd dose by September 1st
Johnson & Johnson: single dose by September 1st.

Children aged 12- 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian above the age of 21.
At the time of purchase, you will need the name on the ticket holders ID and their email address.
THE NAME ON THE TICKET MUST MATCH YOUR ID AND COVID VACCINATION VERIFICATION!
If purchasing a gift ticket, and you do not know the details for the ticket holder yet - please list Gift Ticket as the participant's first and last name. Once you are ready to gift your ticket, you will need to fill out the ticket transfer form.
All tickets are Will-Call. Save your ticket purchase confirmation email.
Upon entering the grounds, you will be asked for ID to enter the event. There will be NO gate sales. IF YOU SHOW UP WITHOUT ID YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!
PROOF OF VACCINE
Within 24 hours of ticket purchase, you will be emailed a form to complete regarding your vaccination status. This includes if you have not yet been vaccinated.
You must submit proof of vaccination by 9/12/21. If you have not done so and show up at the Gate, you will be denied entry to the event.
Tickets are non-refundable.
