Phatima Rude Memorial - A Celebration of Life
Our beloved Phatima Rude passed away of natural causes on May 18th, 2021. Their life was their art,
Longtime family and friends, Kevin Sniecinski and Paul King, Mistress of Ceremony, Raya Light, The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, Inc. and Kochina Rude helping to manage the Live Drag Show, have organized this evening as a night of Celebration and Remembrance of our dearly departed.
Performances and memories shared, will include: The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, Inc., Raya Light, Peaches Christ, Glammamore, Juanita More, Sister Roma, Matt Flynn, and FULL LINE UP OF DRAG PERFORMERS. a host of others.
Please join for a night to visit with friends, chosen family and community as we remember an ICON lost too soon. Your purchase of a ticket goes to cover costs, no proceeds are for profit.
This will be a vaccinated and masked event. Based on the latest CDC and DPH Guidance, we must acknowledge the risk, regardless of how small. Breakthrough cases show vaccinated people getting sick with new variant as being transmissible and are calling for masks. Our biggest concern is your safety. Bring your Vaccination Cards and a mask. Masks will be on site as well. Those not vaccinated will get a temperature check, and everyone will be wearing masks.

Dancing till 11:30 PM
The night includes live performances by Zania Morgan and The Vivid
Drag Performances by: Puta, Hallow Eve, Abortia Klinik, Noveli, Trixxie Carr, Krylon Superstar, Raya Light and Kochina Rude.

Public Works is an open space with wheel chair access. Seating will be provided for anyone who is requiring it due to mobility issues. There is NO VIP SEATING.
ACCESSIBLE BY BARTS 16TH STREET STATION, WHICH IS 2.5 BLOCKS AWAY.
MUNI BUSES DROP OFF WITHIN 1 BLOCK.
