The Cincy Blues Society (founded in 1990) celebrates over two decades of supporting the Blues with its hottest Winter Blues Fest line-up yet! On February 7 & 8, 2014, The Phoenx will be rocking with more than 25 of the best local blues bands and Tinsley Ellis and Janiva Magness as the headliners. There will three stages plus music in the lobby. Food will be available
