Ride to Pride
Twin Cities Pride Weekend is right around the corner, and we cant wait to celebrate! Join us for the 2nd annual Ride to Pride on Saturday, July 17th. We will gather at the Eastlake taproom in the Midtown Global Market at 11am for donuts and beer, then at noon we will roll out in a group ride to the festivities at Loring Park.
This will be a relaxed no-drop bike ride, about 2.5 miles long. Once at the Pride Festival, everyone can wander and celebrate to their hearts content! If you make it back to the Eastlake taproom at any point during the weekend, wear your Ride With Pride button and receive happy hour pricing.
$10 gets you - an Eastlake beer (or NA) - a donut from A Bakers Wife - Ride With Pride button - 50% is donated!
For every button sold, $5 will got to the Pride in Brewing Scholarship organized by Beer Dabbler. Rider registration is available online, in the taproom, and day-of.
Pride in Brewing Scholarship Craft beer has a diversity problem. Members of the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities are underrepresented across the industryfrom customers to employees and ownership. In 2018, Beer Dabbler decided to take positive action by establishing a full-ride scholarship to Dakota County Technical Colleges Certificate in Brewing & Beer Steward Technology Program, with the mission to help members of the LGBTQ+ community break into the brewing industry.
We'd like to give a big shoutout to our partners Beer Dabbler and A Bakers Wife for making this ride possible!
