Humboldt Roller Derby Vs. The Tsunami Sirens
Ugly Sweater Throw-down!
Humboldt Roller Derby takes on our closest rivals, Northcoast Roller Derby's Tsunami Sirens at Redwood Acres Fairgrounds in Eureka, CA. Come dressed in your ugliest sweater and maybe you will win a prize!
A portion of the proceeds benefit Food for People. Please bring a non perishable canned food item for a donation!
The Tsunami Sirens are HRD's North Coast sister league. As the Sirens were beginning their training program in 2010, HRD volunteered to send skaters to Crescent City to help assist in training their league members. Since then, the Sirens' have developed an amazing skill set and are a force to be reckoned with. Their last face off with HRD came down to the final jam, with our Widow Makers taking the win. This match up will be one of our most exciting of the season.
Tickets are $12 for General admission. Children ages 10 and under are free.
Tickets also available locally at The Local, STIL and The Works in Eureka, and People's Records and Wildberries in Arcata.
Doors open at 6pm and the game starts at 7pm.
Come cheer on your favorite roller derby athletes at HRD's first home game of the 2014 season!
