Guests will enjoy a 6 course menu created by our Executive Chef Susan Burdian. Lively Jazz music will entertain throughout evening. Festive party favors supplied.
The Flatiron Room's Director of Whiskey Education, Heather Greene will be on hand to answer questions and guide people in their selections.
10:30pm to 1:30pm Seating
- $165 per person: 6 course food menu (Full cocktail menu, beer & wine available for purchase)
- $215 per person: includes 6 whiskies paired with each menu item (selection of Bourbon, Rye and Single Malts)
- $290 per person: includes 6 luxury whiskies paired with each menu item (selection of 15-25 year single malts and luxury Bourbon/Rye)
NOTE: 10:30 - 1:30 Seating includes complimentary Champagne Toast at Midnight.

First Course:
Oysters Rockefeller: Spinach, seasoned panko, parmesan, hollandaise sauce. Vegetarian Substitution: Seitan Rockefeller presented on fried nori wonton.
Second Course:
Warm Mushroom & Cauliflower Salad, baby spinach, pecorino, saba dressing
Third Course:
Citrus-glazed Scottish Salmon, herbaceous faro salad, créme fraiche. Vegetarian Option: King Oyster Mushroom "Scallops"
Fourth Course (palate cleanser):
Bourbon Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta, rasberry-beat sauce, candied pistachios
Fifth Course:
Flatiron Steak: served with fingerlings potatoes, braised spinach, whiskey-mustart cream sauce, asparagus Vegetarian Option: Marinated Tempeh steak (soy)
Sixth Course (Dessert):
Banana Cream Pie: Butter tart filled with vanilla custard, bananas foster, topped with homemade bourbon infused whipped cream and toasted sesame brittle
