Bitters Making Workshop
Bitters are essential components of cocktails, and are fantastic digestifs as well, with diverse culinary applications. Is your pumpkin pie a little boring? Add chocolate bitters! Is your soup a little lacking? Try fennel bitters!
But cocktails are the main reason that you need to come to this workshop: homemade bitters are far superior to popular commercial brands, and the drinks you make will have much more dimension and flavor.
In this workshop, you'll learn to make your own bitters, and we'll have all of the supplies available for you to craft your own and take them home. You'll learn to create a basic bitters base, and be able to experiment with different flavor profiles.
The workshop includes everything you'll need to produce two 4-oz. bottles of bitters, including the base spirit, a wide variety of bittering and flavoring agents, reusable infusion jars, and two eyedropper dispensing bottles. Additional supplies will be available for purchase so you can head home with a complete set of bitters for all of your holiday cocktail needs! What better gift for your cocktail-making friends?
The workshop is limited to 20 attendees for maximum personal attention. Tickets are non-refundable.
