Reunion Dinner
Will has settled into his tenure as chef/innkeeper at Abbey Road Farm and Joel has launched his own project The Stocks House with his wife Emily. The closing of Holdfast has changed the paths we expected to follow, but one thing that hasn't changed for us is the desire to cook amazing food and connect with all of you. We are excited to announce we are getting back in the kitchen together for this event!
On May 16th join us for a night of wine and food at Abbey Road Farm. We'll be utilizing the vegetable garden around us and a little open fire cooking to kick off the Summer season. As opposed to our traditional 9 course format, for this meal we will be creating a combination of canapes, intricate dishes, and even family style service at times. It's not Holdfast per se, but you'll probably recognize at least a couple favorites. We will be dining outdoors and have ample table spacing. Tickets are limited and just like the old days, we expect seats will sell fast.
Dinner is $200 per person, including beverage pairing, excluding gratuity.

You mention "family style" in the description. Is this a safe practice with Covid? Do you mean serving within our own table? Are we seated communally? We are vaccinate, bu I would like to know what the precautions are in place to preven the spread of covid. |

By "family style" we just mean there will be some plates that are meant to be shared with whatever group size you have. Groups will be seated at their own tables outdoors with ample spacing. |
