Written by the prominent contemporary Iranian playwright, Mohammad Rahmanian, interview presents the psychological impact of the revolution and struggle against colonialism on the indigenous young population. Interview has been translated into several languages. An English translation of this play by Soheil Parsa, titled "Interrogation," was produced by Modern Times Theater in Canada in 2006.

"Rahmanian's plays are both deeply political and philosophical. The consistent themes in his work include social decay, violence, and dehumanization in the face of war, revolution and occupation. His characters are the innocent and helpless victims of the narrow political and religious ideologies that have been imposed on them."
