Webinar: Accessory Dwelling Units A New Approach to Californias Housing Shortage
Attendees will learn about Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Junior ADUs and the latest state laws that have streamlined the entitlement process; the general parameters that local jurisdictions have adopted; the requirements for homeowners; and, the process to design for approval and construction.
Learning Objectives:
Attendees will understand state and local laws in terms of allowing ADUs and JADUs.
Attendees will learn the steps and procedures to process design and development of ADUs and JADUs.
Attendees will learn the role of the architects in terms of understanding the options available to homeowners.
Attendees will review potential ways to expedite and develop prototype plans for ADU development.
