Lizzy is an accomplished attorney with deep expertise in many areas, including helping drive diversity and inclusion programs and fostering cultural change. In our chat, well cover topics such as what fuels Lizzys commitment to diversity, the common mistakes she sees companies or firms make when trying to address DE&I, and tips we can all implement in helping create a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
