Break out your most festive frocks and join Windy City Gay Chorus and Aria for "Don We Now...", our annual holiday concert, under the direction of Paul Caldwell -- Artistic Director. Full of a diverse, classy mix of familiar and unique musical selections, "Don We Now..." is sure to be a concert that will warm your heart for the winter and get you in the mood to celebrate the joys of the season! It's the perfect way to kick off the holidays!
We're also proud to present this concert to benefit the Vital Bridges agency, a resource of hope and assistance for Chicagoans impacted by HIV/AIDS. Vital Bridges' mission is to help people throughout metropolitan Chicago impacted by HIV and AIDS improve their health and build self-sufficiency by providing food, nutrition counseling, housing, care coordination and prevention services.
Celebrating 35 Lyrical Years, Windy City Performing Arts is Chicago's Premier LGBT Choral Arts Organization encompassing Windy City Gay Chorus and Aria. Windy City Performing Arts celebrates diversity, honors creativity and cultivates pride through the transformative power of music and the arts.
Performances are Saturday December 7 at 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at Ebenezer Lutheran Church -- 1650 W. Foster Ave., in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood.
