FluteFling Masterclass with Tom Oakes

Join traditional flute maestro Tom Oakes in a special masterclass as part of the FluteFling Online April weekend.

Tom is known for his tone and versatility This is a rare opportunity for flute players to explore the use of key work in traditional music. The Masterclass workshop will be of most benefit to those who play a simple system flute with 8 keys or a Böhm system flute, providing inspiration, ideas and support to further develop their music.

Tom will teach by ear. Links to any necessary recordings or sheet music will be sent in advance.

The Masterclass will be recorded and made accessible for a fixed period afterwards.
